On September 29-October 1, 2014 Green Gate Consulting’s CEO Agnes Pawelkowska attended WEFTEC, the water quality trade show held in New Orleans, Louisiana. The world’s leading environmental experts met at WEFTEC in New Orleans to network, to exchange ideas and to present their environmental technologies and services. Some of Green Gate’s current clients were also in attendance, which provided an opportunity to network and to renew contacts.
WEFTEC, the Water Environment Federation’s Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference, is the largest environmental industry event in North America and largest annual water exhibition in the world with more than 800 exhibitors and 22,000 water professionals in attendance. The event provides unparalleled access to the most cutting-edge technologies in the field, serves as a forum for domestic and international business opportunities, and promotes invaluable peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
On the trade floor of WEFTEC Agnes was able to hold several business meetings with GGC’s Polish clients and other prospective American clients. The event provided many possibilities for GGC to develop in the upcoming year.
In addition, at the Global Center on the WEFTEC trade floor Agnes also met with a delegation of Bulgarian municipality representatives and CEOs of major private Bulgarian environmental firms who came to the U.S. to look for partnerships and introduce their technologies to the U.S. market. It was an excellent opportunity to extend an offer of GGC’s services to potential Bulgarian clients.
WEFTEC always proves to be not only interesting in terms of presenting new developments in the environmental field, but it also provides an opportunity for GGC to make new contacts and business connections.
