On September 15, 2013 Magda Gilpin joins Green Gate Consulting as its Business Development Director. The GGC team welcomes Magda! We believe that her outstanding experience and knowledge of international business and trade will be an excellent asset in providing valuable insights and advice to our clients.
As Green Gate’s Business Development Director, Magda will specialize in developing new business opportunities for GGC and its clients in the Middle East. She is currently on a GGC’s business development assignment in Saudi Arabia.
For many years Magda has been assisting international companies in successfully expanding their business activities to foreign markets. Her broad knowledge and understanding of international trade, international business and politics has been well demonstrated during her work as trade promotion expert in the Trade & Investment Section of the Polish Embassy in Washington, D.C., as well as in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw, Poland where she specialized in Middle Eastern affairs.
Magda has a Master’s Degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. Additionally, she graduated from the Diplomatic Academy in Warsaw, Poland. She is familiar with challenges and requirements facing international companies on the foreign markets, which makes her uniquely qualified to assist those companies in their global brand expansion process.
Magda speaks fluent English, Polish, Arabic and some French, Spanish and Russian. She is looking forward to providing her international business expertise to GGC’s clients wishing to expand their international presence.
