One of our clients is a medium sized U.S. based Midwestern wastewater treatment company. GGC has been working with this company on expanding its services to the European market, and recently the company asked GGC to help it navigate relevant U.S. Government procurement opportunities. The goal of this company is to become a part of the U.S. Government procurement opportunities process and to actively participate in government awarded contracts. It has been successful in the private sector, but now the company wishes to explore the government possibilities related to its line of work.
Based on our contacts and understanding of the U.S. Government procurement marketplace, GGC has been assisting this company to navigate U.S. Government procurement opportunities by monitoring and screening procurement announcements that most match our client’s offerings, with a special emphasis on the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), U.S. Trade Development Agency (USTDA) and the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).
While representing our client, GGC will also conduct an outreach to key U.S. Government procurement officials to obtain market intelligence on the upcoming business opportunities. This includes meetings with key staff members and other experts across the Federal Government, as well as participation in networking events, seminars and workshops on behalf of our clients.
Moreover, GGC monitors and notifies our Midwestern client of relevant and important events like trade shows, trade missions, and seminars organized by above mentioned U.S. Government agencies and their partners. Our goal is to successfully establish our client’s presence in the U.S. Government procurement marketplace and we use a structured approach to accomplish this goal.
